El coronavirus es una enfermedad que se propaga con una velocidad que alerta a todos los países del mundo, ya con varios casos positivos en América latina. Uno de los métodos de prevención para el contagio del covid-19 es un hábito que debería de ser común o normal para la población, el lavado correcto de las manos.
Pero ¿Cómo es la manera correcta de lavarse las manos?
Puede sonar simple, pero existe una manera y un tiempo adecuado para que la textura química del jabón actué sobre la superficie aplicada. Y no incluye enjuagarse las manos por un momento y medio, secarse las gotas sobrantes en tus jeans y creer que eso es todo.
De parte de la CDC dicen que debes enjabonarte las manos durante al menos 20 segundos. Para ayudarte a llevar un registro del tiempo, la agencia sugiere que tararees la canción “Happy Birthday” dos veces. Pero esta no es la única canción que podría ayudarte en este proceso.
